The collaboration between Dilmah Tea, Fever-Tree and Little Lon Distilling Co sees an exciting offering of refreshing and innovative beverages that will tantalise your taste buds and transport you to a world where tradition meets innovation.
The Gin and Tea Oasis will captivate the senses with an opportunity to explore historical Melbourne and expand your flavour palette with the finest, sustainable, ethically made tea.
Dilmah’s 85 Reserve range is the centrepiece to an eclectic range of gin and tonic teas, gin and tea-infused spritzers, and tea-inspired cocktails featuring Little Lon gins mixed with Fever-Tree mixers. The tea-inspired menu is available from Wednesdays through to Saturdays in the Little Lon courtyard.

The event lineup at Little Lon Distilling Co also features gin and tea cocktail making masterclasses, which will elevate your cocktail game so you can impress your friends whether hosting a lively brunch or a quiet night in with friends.
Nestled among the skyscrapers in Melbourne’s smallest distillery, Little Lon, participants will take a tea-infused journey into the world of mixology, mastering the art of brewing, picking the right mixer, and crafting innovative tea-infused cocktails.
Running monthly from February to April, these masterclasses will showcase the delicate interplay of shaking, stirring and brewing, unveiling the secrets behind the perfect union of gin and Dilmah’s finest tea selection.
Dilmah 85 Reserve is the latest addition to Dilmah’s range of teas, presenting handpicked Ceylon tea in luxury tea bags. Each small batch of artisanal tea showcases Dilmah’s craft. This is a genuine delight for tea connoisseurs. Every Dilmah 85 Reserve Tea and Infusion has been hand-selected and crafted by Merrill J. Fernando, the master tea maker himself, to bring a taste of comfort and indulgence to the everyday.
These intimate sessions include cocktails such as the Sly Groggers Spritz and the Courtesans Cuppa. You can also opt for non-alcoholic sips.
