Helmed by Chef Stefano Sanna – known for his ability to create delicious and comforting dishes that tell a story – Allora is the perfect destination for any occasion, whether it is a group gathering, a romantic date night, a joyous celebration, or a simple dinner fix. Allora eagerly awaits to welcome guests to savour their culinary delights, with a heartfelt “Buon Appetito!”

Allora offers an authentic taste of Italy, the menu showcases the fresh flavours, spices, and ingredients that define Italian cuisine. Each dish is meticulously crafted using techniques honed over a decade, infused with a touch of love. Allora presents a diverse menu featuring handcrafted pizzas, artisanal pastas and enticing antipasti, catering to enthusiasts of Italian cuisine.

Leading the opening team is Executive Chef Stefano Sanna, whose culinary expertise is inspired by his family’s regional Italian cuisine in Vogogna, Northern Italy. Chef Stefano meticulously curates every facet of the guest experience, ensuring a dining experience that diners will always cherish over time. Chef Stefano said, “At Allora, I pay homage to my family’s kitchen in northern Italy through my culinary journey. Our guests are invited to embark on a gastronomic adventure with us, where each bite takes them closer to the soul of Italy and every moment is crafted to be truly memorable.”

One of the highlights is the Polpo & Patate (S$24++), which features succulent grilled octopus served with a side of vibrant vegetables. The dish is elevated by the bold and robust flavour of the famous Italian dipping sauce, Bagna Cauda, a hearty combination of garlic and anchovies.

Pasta lovers can savour the deliciousness of Pomodoro E Basilico (S$22++), freshly made Spaghettone cooked with a flavourful combination of tomato sauce, olives, basil, and stracciatella cheese. Another tempting dish is the Brasato 3 Pepi (S$32++), a homemade masterpiece that showcases braised beef ravioli filled with an explosive three-pepper beef jus sauce, offering a burst of flavours for those seeking a little adventure.

Freshly baked in the on-site pizza oven at Allora, the Bari pizza (S$34++) is a work of art by Head Pizzaiolo Chef Vincenzo Lavecchia, bringing a piece of his hometown, Bari, a port city in Southern Italy, to the table. The unique blend of burrata, tomato pulp filets, anchovies, Pantelleria capers, and basil delivers an unparalleled taste experience. Another creation by Chef Vincenzo is the Tartare (S$36++), featuring mozzarella, Castelmagno, Australian Angus beef tenderloin, and baby sprouts, promising a refreshing and delightful culinary experience.

A must-try hearty main is the Bologna (S$75++ serves 2 persons), featuring a crunchy bread-crusted veal cutlet, topped with mortadella and Parmigiano Reggiano, served alongside a refreshing arugula and tomato balsamic salad. For a perfect closure to the meal, diners can relish Chef Stefano’s signature crowd-pleaser, Alloramisú (S$16++). This homemade creation offers a unique twist with Savoiardi cookies soaked in espresso coffee, crowned with smooth mascarpone cream, and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder.

Beyond the culinary offerings, Allora takes great pride in crafting beverages that tell stories, encouraging guests to share their experiences over delightful drinks. In addition to the timeless classics of cocktails, wine, and beer, Allora has introduced a collection of signature cocktails that are exclusively theirs. Allora on Airport Boulevard (S$18++) presents a refreshing concoction containing Bourbon Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, Almond Liqueur, Aperol, and Orange Juice. This perfect iced cold drink is ideal for leisurely sipping in the alfresco area while basking in the Singapore sun.

Allora also brings a taste of Italy through its Italian cocktails, namely Sbagliato (S$16++), featuring a delightful blend of bubbles of Prosecco with the bitter notes of Campari and the sweet complexity of Rosso Vermouth, served over ice with an orange garnish, it’s a perfect choice for those seeking a flavourful and easy-to-enjoy aperitif experience. For those searching for a refreshing and zesty taste, Sgroppino ($16++) is a delightful Italian cocktail featuring a harmonious blend of Prosecco, Vodka, Fresh Mint and a citrusy kick from Lemon Sorbet.

For Limoncello lovers, a liqueur celebrated by Italians for its vibrant citrus intensity, Frangelico (S$16++) combines the nutty richness of Frangelico liqueur with the bold notes of Campari, enhanced by the citrus essence of Limoncello and a dash of Lemon Juice. Limoncello Spritz (S$16++) is another must-try, a bubbly delight infused with pure lemon flavour from the Limoncello, making it an ideal post-dinner treat.
