To welcome Spring in true French Riviera glamour, Hôtel Martinez has recently launched its Sunday brunch curated by celebrity Chef Jean Imbert at its newly-opened Mediterranean restaurant Le Sud.

The restaurant opens onto the famed Cannes Croisette with an interior design that takes inspiration from yachting, featuring a specially dedicated area where brunch is served. The brunch menu changes every week in tune with the season with delicacies including monkfish, sea urchins, and seafood rigatoni.

Brunch is served as a buffet with an array of options including pastries, salad, vegetables, a charcutier stall, and cheese platters, all accompanied by a live pianist and champagne. Guests can also choose a hot à la carte dish which will be served at their convenience.

Desserts are expertly prepared by the team of pastry chefs, which include warm cookies, cakes, fruits, and crepes with multiple toppings to choose from.

Brunch is served every Sunday until May 12, 2024, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
