From steaks and chops to seasonal soups and salads, these fresh offerings join Hawthorn Grill’s crave-worthy selection of American classics. Additionally, Hawthorn offers a creative selection of after-dinner cocktails, desserts, and other imaginative concoctions that combine both—such as the Tiramisu Martini.

Available now, stand-out selections from the new menu follow:

Starters

  • Hamachi Tartare – Sesame, avocado, soy, yuzu, cilantro
  • Filet Mignon Tartare – Cured egg, crispy capers, crostini, Dijon
  • Chef’s Charcuterie – Artisanal cured meats, diligently selected cheeses, jam, Lavosh
  • Butternut Squash Bisque – Crème fraiche, puff pastry
  • Roasted Beet Salad – Whipped goat cheese, citrus pistachio, balsamic

Steaks And Chops

Hawthorn Grill is open Sunday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
