The Langham, Gold Coast is set to unveil a summer partnership with Champagne Maison, Veuve Clicquot, presenting a Champagne and Burger Pairing Pool Bar Takeover that promises to redefine luxury on the Gold Coast, available from Friday, 15th December – mid January 2023.
The Pool Bar will undergo a transformation into a retro-chic oasis, capturing the effervescent spirit of Veuve Clicquot’s legacy. The iconic yellow hue of Veuve Clicquot’s label will infuse the décor, creating a vibrant and opulent atmosphere that resonates with the brand’s rich heritage.
Guests can anticipate a glass that’s always half full as they savour the artful pairing of a gourmet burger with Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label. Renowned chef Matthew Woolford has crafted an Australian Bay Lobster Banh Mi Slider, served in a charcoal bun and featuring locally-sourced seafood with a focus on sustainability. The fusion of flavours, including fragrant pickles, coriander, and mint, promises a delightful champagne pairing experience.

The Veuve Clicquot Burger Pairing experience can be enjoyed at the hotel’s Pool Bar from 10am – 6pm. The package, including a glass of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label and the gourmet burger pairing, is priced at $65. Additionally, the daily Happy Hour from 4pm to 5pm offers a glass for $35 and a bottle for $175.
