After one of the fastest restaurant fit outs seen on the Gold Coast, the doors to the highly anticipated BLOWFISH Ocean Grill + Bar will open tomorrow – Friday 1 December.

Fourteen weeks ago, Steven & Autumn Adams were handed the keys to the old Bavarian Restaurant site in Oracle Blvd, Broadbeach.  Demolition and construction commenced straight away and from tomorrow, diners will be able to immerse themselves in what a $3M restaurant build looks like.

Both Steven & Autumn can’t be more thrilled with their restaurant.

“It’s been a whirlwind, with many challenges along the way, but in 14 weeks, Adam Fisher and the team at Zero 9 and Jill Chilton and team from Space Cubed Design Studio, have completely brought our restaurant to life.

“I think diners will agree that the fit out is next level and the contrast between the two levels (different depths of the ocean) provides two completely different dining experiences,” said Steven & Autumn.

“We’ve already had so many enquiries for our ‘Ripple Room’ 24 seat private dining room.  This area is not only one of the most unique private dining spaces on the Gold Coast, but will also have AV equipment for presentations, making it perfect for business meetings and special celebrations.”

After releasing the full menu yesterday, bookings have gone crazy with most Fri/Sat nights already booked out until Christmas.

The Blowfish Signature Moreton Bay Bug Roll – Soft Shell Northern Rivers Moreton Bay Bug w. Milk Bun, Iceberg Remoulade + Caviar will become a favourite and diners are excited to see what the selection of Raw & Cooked, Chilled and Hot seafood will adorn the Blowfish Seafood Tower.

Other menu highlights include a selection of Caviar ranging from $108 – $285 and for Caviar connoisseurs, the Caviar Flight + Champagne will delight.

As well as a full menu of premium seafood dishes, diners will also be able to enjoy a selection of non-seafood mains including a selection of Steak from sister restaurant Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill.

All dishes are complimented by an extensive wine list boasting over 320 premium hand-picked wines.

BLOWFISH will be open 7 days a week from 11am and bookings can be made by visiting www.blowfishdining.com.

The kitchen is closed for sit down dining between 3.00pm and 5.30pm. For those not wanting to sit down for a full meal, a bar menu is available from 11.30am.
