The special themed family-style buffet includes a variety of refined dishes as an oysters and seafood bar, composed salad station, live cooking station, oriental and Moroccan Mezzeh, bruschetta bar, giant paella, mixed grill and lamb rotisserie. There will also be a live jazz band to accompany dining.

Celebrations will continue throughout the night in the heart of the Resort to welcome the New Year and enjoy the party. For intimacy and refined atmosphere lovers, Nola Jazz Bar is the place to be during the festive season with its resident Live Jazz band and selection of tasty cocktails.

Connecting to the local area
Fairmont Taghazout Bay prides itself on creating strong bonds with the local community and has developed several experiences that allow guests to connect with nearby villages and traditions. These include a visit to Targant Museum to find out how argan is made, and how the museum works with a local female cooperative. A guided hike will take you along ancient trails into the Adens Valley, passing banana and date trees and waterfalls to meet villagers. At the same time, on a sea-faring voyage with experienced fishermen, guests can bring back their catch for the hotel chef to grill.
