The curated Christmas Package begins on Christmas Eve, where guests can check in from 3pm, settling into their suites before heading down to the Assembly Lounge from 7-9pm. Here, guests can enjoy welcome Christmas cocktails, tantalizing canapes, and the comforting taste of warm mince pies, all set to the backdrop of festive music. For those looking to extend the evening, the Silk Weaver bar on the ground floor is ready to serve up more holiday cheer.
On Christmas Day, guests are invited to start the morning at a leisurely pace with gift exchanges in the comfort of their own suite, followed by an extensive breakfast buffet in the Bethnal Hall. During the day guests can take a morning stroll in Victoria Park before heading to the Brazilian-Italian inspired Christmas lunch at Restaurant Elis. The special sharing menu features hearty dishes such as Lobster Ravioli, Glazed Turkey Breast, Beetroot Salad, and for dessert Apple Tarte Tatin, alongside a glass of champagne for a festive toast. Throughout the day, guests are invited to the Council Chamber to enjoy classic Christmas movies, and to the Secretary’s Room to enjoy a selection of family favourite board games and purchase drinks from the bar. The celebrations continue into Boxing Day with breakfast served in Elis until noon, allowing guests to make the most of their stay at Town Hall Hotel.
