Available in-store at Desa Potato Head in Bali and online here starting October 12th October 2023, the collection is a fusion of Balinese craftsmanship and contemporary design aesthetics. It pays homage to the music, culture and eco-conscious production ethos that define the unique island experience.
Drawing inspiration from a diverse range of influences, Potato Head meticulously crafted this collection, piecing together visual and stylistic fragments into a tapestry of eclectic fashion. These pieces capture the very essence of life at the Desa – from favourite record sleeves to the vibrant graphic elements from Bali’s Homegrown zine to a playful nod to the island’s ubiquitous gecko, a symbol of Bali’s wildlife.
True to Potato Head’s commitment to sustainability, and central to everything, Potato Head worked hard to bring the collection to life in the most responsible way possible. Amplifying the mantra of “Good Times, Do Good”, the range includes key pieces such as Eco Vero™ shirts and sarongs, recycled nylon shorts, hand-woven and hand-dyed beach pants, and hand-crafted silver jewellery. The range utilises recycled and environmentally friendly materials throughout, echoing Potato Head’s dedication to sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
