LoungeElite River Cruise Titan, Uniworld, Embarks on a Grand Expansion: Introduces Twin Super Ships in 2024-2025.

In a strategic move that’s set to redefine the essence of boutique river cruising in Europe, Uniworld Boutique River Cruises has unveiled its ambitious acquisition of two new Super Ships: the illustrious S.S. Victoria and the radiant S.S. Elisabeth. This decision emanates from a lucrative charter agreement spanning three years with the renowned Seaside Collection. These vessels were previously gracing the waters under the flagship of Crystal Cruises, recognized as the Crystal Bach and Crystal Mahler.

Ellen Bettridge, Uniworld’s visionary President and CEO, beams enthusiastically, stating, “Our commitment to elevating river cruising’s gold standards is unwavering. With S.S. Victoria marking its inaugural journey on the enchanting Rhine, we reiterate our promise of delivering unparalleled luxury. Both the S.S. Victoria and the S.S. Elisabeth encapsulate modern opulence. We’re sculpting a unique journey, one where every minor detail is etched to perfection, from our renowned Uniworld crew’s stellar service to an array of exclusive amenities.”

These architectural marvels, the S.S. Victoria and S.S. Elisabeth, are identical sister ships designed to accommodate a select 110 guests, offering 55 lavish suites and staterooms. The interiors are a masterclass in design, with full-length windows adorning every stateroom, providing guests with an uninterrupted view of Europe’s scenic beauty. The indulgent suites boast luxurious touches – from plush velvet to elegant marble. Selected suites flaunt extravagant features such as cozy fireplaces, expansive walk-in closets, and a pioneering two-bedroom layout.

However, the luxury doesn’t end at the suites. These ships are replete with exclusive facilities like a spa-inspired massage room, a state-of-the-art gym, an intimate bistro offering gourmet bites, a rooftop bar dishing out exquisite cocktails, and an elite dining venue where every meal is a culinary voyage, sourcing fresh ingredients locally.

The S.S. Victoria is primed to debut in March 2024 from the culturally rich Amsterdam. Her maiden voyage is the 8-day ‘Holland & Belgium at Tulip Time’ cruise, which promises an intoxicating blend of Amsterdam’s iconic tulips, historic cities, and the tantalizing allure of Belgian delicacies. Additionally, the ship charts a course along storied castles and picturesque towns in the ‘Castles Along the Rhine’ cruise and further expands horizons with the ‘Magnificent Moselle and Rhine’ and the enchanting ‘Belgium Holiday Markets’ journey.

While the S.S. Victoria sets forth in 2024, the S.S. Elisabeth promises to cast her spell in 2025, with more exhilarating details on the horizon.

The world of luxury river cruising is poised at the brink of a revolution. And, at the helm of this transformation is Uniworld, sailing towards an opulent future.
