Conceptualized and executed with finesse by the revered Teamwork Hospitality, a luminary in hotel consulting with a legacy spanning two decades, this annual gathering has consistently spotlighted the most significant, current, and anticipated leaders in the realm of hospitality. The event’s longevity is a testament to the company’s commitment to excellence and pioneering thought leadership in tourism.

A glance at the staggering numbers provides an inkling of its monumental success. The Rimini Conference Centre, spanning 12,000 square meters, saw an influx of over 4,000 participants from across Italy. An astounding array of over 250 speakers and collaborations with more than 350 esteemed partner firms further solidified its stature.

Mauro Santinato, the visionary president of Teamwork and the event’s chief orchestrator, shared his reflections: “Our conviction in the ethos of Hospitality Day was unwavering from the inception.
