This Harbour dining experience is quite simply like no other, with every moment infused with exquisite cuisine, quality wines, breathtaking views and selfie-moments at every angle! For an all-inclusive price of $149.00 per person, guests will embark from King Street Wharf, Barangaroo for a 3-hour journey of indulgence, set against the backdrop of Sydney’s iconic Harbour. Attendees will be treated to panoramic views, live entertainment, delicious food and free flowing beverages creating an unforgettable experience that encapsulates the essence of spring in Sydney.

Well known for its collaborations with some of Australia’s most recognised chefs, from the calibre of Nelly (NEL) Robinson, Khanh (ex-MasterChef, The George on Collins) Ong and Mark (Midden, The Opera House) Olive, the menu will be a culinary delight that showcases the best of Sydney produce. The experience will begin with delectable canapés on the deck, featuring Sydney Rock Oysters, Thai Citrus Marinated Prawns, and Wild Mushroom Arancini. For the main course, guests can choose from a selection of options, including Roasted Bangalow Pork Belly, Seared Spencer Gulf Hiramasa Kingfish, or Spice Roasted Cauliflower, accompanied by side dishes of Sweet Potato Fries with Truffle Aioli and Orange and Fennel Salad. The feast will culminate with a delightful serving of gelato on the deck, satisfying the most ardent sweet tooth.

To further enhance the dining experience, guests will enjoy free flowing Chandon Garden Spritz and Chandon NV as they soak in Sydney’s splendour.

At the completion of this dining experience, The Jackson will return guests for disembarkment at King St Wharf (right in front of Bungalow 8) where guests can keep the celebratory spirit alive and explore the buzzing precinct of Barangaroo.
