‘An Evening with Pommery Champagne’ is set to take place on Friday, October 13th and will be hosted in the recently renovated Executive Lounge at Parmelia Hilton Perth.
‘Given Pommery Champagne House is a long-time friend and supporter of Hilton Hotels, hosting this event at Parmelia Hilton Perth seems a natural synergy’ General Manager of Parmelia Hilton Perth Anthony Mauro explains.
‘We’re honoured to have the opportunity to partner with one of the original and most iconic French Champagne Houses and look forward to welcoming all of our guests for an unforgettable evening. Pommery Champagne’s legacy is one of innovation and elegance that aligns with our own values.’
‘We are proud to present such a unique opportunity to the Perth community’.
Pommery Champagne House has long been known for its innovation in Champagne-making practices.
Established in 1869 and eventually led by the formidable Madame Pommery, she shifted the focus of the house and began creating wines that were like no other. Her determination to stand out led to the creation of the Brut style of Champagne.
Madame Pommery’s vision for innovation in winemaking can be tasted today in the Pommery Brut Royal and Cuvée Louise.
Ticket holders will have the opportunity to mingle with Mrs Vranken herself, while tasting the Pommery Cuvée Louise 2005 Parcelles Vintage.
A coveted drop, the Pommery Cuvée Louise 2005 Parcelles Vintage is yet to be tasted at an event in Perth, making this an extremely unique opportunity for guests to experience the innovation and luxury that Pommery Champagne House is known for.
