Under the watchful eye of Executive Chef Sam Moore – Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour’s signature restaurant, Atelier by Sofitel, has released its new Spring menu utilising the fresh tastes and produce of the season.

“Inspired by the views of the city skyline, the new season, and the fresh flavours and quality ingredients that shape the Australian way of life, the Atelier team and I have created a menu for this season which will give our guests a brand-new sensory gourmet dining experience”, said Sam Moore, Executive Chef.

Winner of two AGFG Chef Hats in 2023, Atelier by Sofitel offers a modern twist on classic French cuisine. This Spring guests can indulge in entrées including Quail Roulade with Muntari berries, braised red cabbage, aged balsamic or Salt Baked Celeriac with charred leek velute, hazelnut, lemon thyme.
