The Fifth Avenue Hotel is delighted to announce the appointment of Elizabeth Mullins as Managing Director for the hotel, and Chief Operating Officer of Flâneur Hospitality. Bringing over three decades of experience in the luxury hospitality sector, Elizabeth is a respected leader who will oversee all hotel operations, as well as leadership of Flâneur Hospitality.
Elizabeth received a Bachelor of Science from The University of New Hampshire and launched her career at The Ritz-Carlton, Boston, fulfilling a childhood dream of being part of the iconic brand. For the next 28 years, Elizabeth’s career spanned continents as she led hotels in key markets in California, Philadelphia, Maui, Washington, D.C., Hong Kong, and New York City. Elizabeth was additionally the Area Vice President for Ritz-Carlton for a decade. For the last seven years, Elizabeth oversaw Hotels and Premium services at the Walt Disney Company. In this role, she maintained oversight of development, strategy and the various high touch businesses that serve the affluent consumer.

Charlotte Goodridge, a leading figure in Manhattan’s Gilded Age society. Paying homage to the legacy and lifestyle of those who once resided on Fifth Avenue, the design of The Fifth offers a distinctly residentialvision that immerses guests in an atmosphere that suggests a home away from home. The hotel’s signature restaurant, Café Carmellini, will pay homage to the culinary past of New York while being firmly rooted in contemporary tastes, spear-headed by the acclaimed Chef Andrew Carmellini.
