The sessions also covered strategies to allure new-to-cruise clients, along with effective methods to market the Royal Caribbean experience to their client base.
For the more seasoned agents attending the afternoon sessions, focus was on optimising their journey with Royal Caribbean. The discussions ranged from leveraging tools like NextCruise and Club Royal Rewards to enhancing booking management through Cruising Power, thus diminishing the need for lengthy calls to the Royal Caribbean call centre.
