Meet the pioneer – Executive Chef Owen Panzica, who made his way from the States to Asia with his cookbook to leap into the unknown. Born in Utah and grew up in Malaysia, Chef Owen has been travelling around Asia and gained a global perspective from various cultures, clocked up with over 20 years of industry experience. Culinary is where his true passion lies, from cooking for friends during university to working at Michelin-recommended restaurants such as FoFo by el Willy and La Paloma in Hong Kong, Chef brings a unique blend of culinary cultures to his recipes, offering a kaleidoscope of multicultural palates in this vibrant metropolis of Hong Kong.
