JW Marriott Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa is thrilled to welcome Pastry Chef Nitin Bali. Chef Nitin brings with him over 10 years of experience from several properties and years of study in the art of pastry.
Originally from India, Chef Nitin moved to the United States in 2007 after completing his bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Tourism Management. Continuing his education,
he obtained a master’s degree in project and risk management, followed by an associate degree in Pastry from Long Beach City College. Chef Nitin embarked on his career as an intern at Marriott at The Ritz-Carlton Marina Del Rey and has since worked in nine
luxury hotels across the country, honing his skills and expanding his repertoire of cooking styles and techniques.
Most recently Chef Nitin held key positions at renowned establishments such as The Ritz-Carlton Hotel South Beach in Miami, where he led a team of 7 individuals,
managed schedules, inventory, and created dessert menus for various outlets and events. He also served as the Pastry Chef at The Langham Hotel in Chicago, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Chicago, and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. His remarkable journey
has included cooking for esteemed guests such as Royal families, celebrities, and diplomats.
In his role as Pastry Chef at JW Marriott Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa, Chef Nitin will oversee all pastry and dessert duties for the resort’s four culinary
venues. With his self-motivated and highly analytical approach and strong work ethic, he is perfectly positioned to consistently deliver high-quality products that delight guests.
