The Treasures of the South Pacific (ToSP), concluded the 2nd leg of its Australian Roadshow Monday & Tuesday with highly successful events in Newcastle and Sydney. Comprising of 10 South Pacific National Tourism Offices, including the Solomon Islands, Samoa, Fiji, the Cook Islands, the Islands of Tahiti, Papua New Guinea, Norfolk Island, Vanuatu, New Caledonia, and Niue, the Roadshow has enthused over 500 retail travel agents over the past two weeks, making it the most successful Roadshow ever undertaken by ToSP.
The response from travel agents has been nothing short of overwhelming, with record attendances at each event. Richard Skewes, President of ToSP and representative for Tourism Solomons, expressed his delight with the Roadshow’s success, stating, “We are thrilled to witness such enthusiastic engagement from travel agents who are genuinely excited about the wonders and differences of the South Pacific region. Their positive response motivates us to continue promoting this extraordinary part of the world.”
