Mint PaymentsRevolutionizing the travel experience, House of Travel, a leading New Zealand travel network, has recently forged an exclusive alliance with the esteemed payment services provider Mint Payments. With this strategic partnership, Mint Payments has further stamped its influence in the payment industry, now set to oversee payment operations throughout House of Travel’s expansive network in New Zealand.

The new deal outlines Mint’s comprehensive range of services, including its Virtual Terminal EFT products, accessible to House of Travel’s dynamic network comprising over 80 agents. These agents, working under various brands like retail, Mix & Match, Orbit World Travel, and Travel Advocates, will harness Mint’s innovative services to enhance operational efficiency and substantially trim administrative costs.

This collaboration, which marks a pivotal moment in the travel industry, will be further enriched through integration with House of Travel’s mid-office system, Dolphin. Through Dolphin, the agents will access integrated payment solutions, leading to higher efficiency and streamlined operations.

Mint’s EFT solution has further sweetened this deal by offering a two-day settlement, now accessible for payments to over 25 significant suppliers currently engaging with MintEFT in New Zealand. This fast-tracked settlement process is set to revolutionize payment services in the travel industry, enabling quick and smooth transactions.

Bruce Parton, CEO of House of Travel, conveyed his delight about this partnership. “By integrating Mint’s payment services into our agents’ operations through Dolphin, we enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and offer seamless transactions. Together, we redefine travel experiences with unmatched convenience and exceptional service,” Parton noted.

Echoing Parton’s excitement, Mint CEO Alex Teoh expressed enthusiasm about partnering with House of Travel, an independent, growth-oriented group with a remarkable legacy in the travel industry. He said, “We look forward to working with both House of Travel and the agents themselves to meet and exceed their goals.”

Further strengthening its foothold in the travel industry, this agreement with House of Travel marks a natural extension of Mint’s existing relationship with TravelMangers, House of Travel’s Australian subsidiary. Now, MintEFT and Virtual Terminal services will enhance payment solutions for the growing network of TravelMangers.

This partnership solidifies Mint’s position as a prominent payment solutions industry player. It ensures that House of Travel provides convenient, cost-effective, and efficient customer services.

In this digital transformation era, this exclusive collaboration between House of Travel and Mint Payments emerges as a beacon of innovation, steering the industry towards a future of seamless, efficient, and integrated payment solutions.
