Viking hosted a French soirée to honour and celebrate top-performing travel agents in Melbourne last week.

The evening was filled with culinary delights as the 20 handpicked travel advisors enjoyed a four-course French feast at Le Salon privé, Entrecôte. Accompanied by a private sommelier-led wine pairing, the dinner provided a gastronomic experience that delighted the senses.

“The Viking team thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to celebrate our dedicated advisors that continue to introduce their clients to the Viking brand. France is one of our most popular destinations and the dinner was also an excuse to celebrate our new Seine class ships, which ten lucky agents will have the pleasure to travel on if they are a Valhalla prize winner, which means they have sold the most Viking voyages this year,” said Michelle Black, Viking ANZ Managing Director.

The dinner was attended by Viking’s Managing Director, Michelle Black, Director, Trade Marketing & Customer Communications, Lee Siefken and Director Sales & Revenue, Keira Smith.

In addition to celebrating the exceptional performance of these travel advisors, the event marked the one-year anniversary of Viking’s Commercial Manager VIC & SA, Joanne Cullen. It was also an opportunity to introduce Shaun Kavanagh, Viking’s new National Commercial Manager, to the esteemed partners.
