Marriott International Fiji Hotels are delighted to announce a series of immersive dining experiences across the month of June, including a Sparkling Wine Dinner with Sean Shortt at Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort and a Sunset Series at Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay.

In partnership with Motibhai, Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort will host a Sparkling Wine Dinner at Tatavu Grill & Bar on 22 June. The evening will feature the expertise of Sean Shortt, Managing Director of

Henkell Freixenet Australia, who will select wine pairings that complement a special menu crafted by Tatavu’s Head Chef, Dante Nunez.

The Tatavu Grill & Bar, nestled within Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort, is a feet-in-the-sand dining experience offering beachfront views and international culinary talent. Their partnership with Motibhai demonstrates the organisation’s commitment to showcasing Fiji’s culinary experiences.

Guests will be welcomed with a cocktail, followed by a three-course dinner with a specialised wine pairing, for FJD 199.

Marriott International Fiji Hotels will continue showcasing immersive culinary experiences with their sixth Momi Bay Sunset Series on 24 June at Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay. Inspired by the island of Bali, the event will feature a blend of music by DJ Christonite and culinary delights in Momi’s renowned Lagoon beachfront setting.

Silvano Dressino, General Manager Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay said: “We are looking forward to hosting the sixth Momi Bay Sunset Series. We originally created these events to spark a sense of inspired travel for locals during the closure of borders by celebrating popular beach club destinations around the world. It’s great to now be able to celebrate with our international guests.”

The event features an Indonesian dinner buffet, live music and Balinese dancers, offering guests a taste of Bali for FJD 99 per person, or FJD 160 per person which also includes a three-hour drinks package.
