Winter is for long dinners and interesting conversations. Eureka 89 offers the perfect venue to find solace when it’s cold outside. Renowned Executive Head Chef Renee Martillano has curated a Winter Series of 5-course degustation events to see Melbourne residents and visitors through the cooler months. The series kicks off on 4 July 2023 with a special Game Dinner, featuring cured venison with celeriac remoulade and wild boar two ways with parsnip and agrodolce sauce. Bookings are now open for Eureka 89’s Game Dinner for $215 per person, which includes wine pairings to match and complement the menu.

The next degustation event is Eureka 89’s annual Truffle Dinner on 8 August for $260 per person, and the third and final event is inspired by whiskey, coinciding with Whiskey Week in August. Details to be released soon.
