Following an extensive $120 million renovation, the InterContinental Sydney has unveiled another jewel in its crown with the introduction of The Rotunda, a refined private dining venue for up 16 guests.

Located on the second floor, The Rotunda is swathed in deep lush green velvet, continuing the botanical threads that feature throughout the heritage hotel’s redesign, as well as floor to ceiling windows overlooking the historical First Government House.

The centrepiece of the circular space, however, is the striking green marble table formed out of Verde Oceania marble, which also features in the Treasury and the reception area, acting as a continuous line of materiality through the hotel.

The Rotunda is complimented by the hotel’s newly launched fine food and beverage experiences. Private dining guests can indulge in a three-course Chef Table Menu starting from $195pp.

The Rotunda is available for exclusive hire seven days a week and a minimum spend applies.
