Situated in the hotel’s iconic courtyard, La Cour Jardin is one of Paris’ best-kept summer secrets. Overseeing the restaurant is chef Jean Imbert, who has prepared a lunch and dinner menu inspired by the colours and produce of summer.
Covered entirely with vines and the hotel’s signature red geraniums, La Cour Jardin is a cocoon where guests can enjoy both a casual lunch and a romantic dinner, always with the bespoke and distinguished service Hôtel Plaza Athénée is renowned for.
Jean Imbert and executive chef at the hotel, Jocelyn Herland, have placed plants and seasonal flavour at the heart of the menu which celebrates the chefs’ longstanding partners: market gardeners, gardens, fishermen and breeders.
The dessert menu, curated by Elisabeth Hot, the hotel’s pastry chef, gives a new impetus to this culinary philosophy, using seasonal flavours which celebrate summer.
