In a remarkable meeting of sister-ships, Scenic Group’s newly launched ultra-luxury Discovery Yacht, Scenic Eclipse II, this week sailed alongside luxury yacht Emerald Azzurra in Monte Carlo, one of the world’s most prestigious ports.
Scenic Eclipse II has just completed her maiden voyage in the Mediterranean where guests enjoyed a range of new features and indulgent spaces. Highlights include the new Sky Bar and Deck with vitality pool and bespoke dining concepts like Chef’s Garden @ Epicure. While the wellness experience has also significantly expanded with a state-of-the-art KLAFS custom salt therapy lounge added to the 550m² Senses Spa.
Emerald Azzurra set sail in March 2022, the 100-guest luxury yacht sails the celebrated coastlines of the Mediterranean, Adriatic, and Red Seas, as well as the Caribbean and Central America.
The meeting of two of Scenic Group’s owned and built ships marks a significant milestone in the expansion of its worldwide ocean cruising program. Emerald Cruises’ second luxury yacht, Emerald Sakara, will welcome guests on her inaugural voyage in August 2023. She will then sail to the Caribbean for the November to March season and onto the Mediterranean for the 2024 European summer season.
