As a passionate and experienced wine enthusiast for over 30 years in Australia’s wine industry, Peter Papanikitas established Stonefish International in year 2000. Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort has partnered with Punjas Group to deliver a wine dinner event hosted by Peter at the resort’s redefined and chic dining outlet, Tatavu Grill & Bar.
Revitalized Sheraton Fiji Golf and Beach Resort reintroduced wine dinner events on Denarau Island to international and local guests since its opening in March 2022. A total of 63 guests savoured the exquisite 3-course dinner paired with Stonefish wines.
As an internationally recognized wine label from Australia, the winery produces wines reflecting the premium and unique characteristics of Barossa Valley and Margaret River. The revitalised Tatavu Grill & Bar forms the dining centrepiece of the multi-million-dollar newly refurbished Sheraton Fiji Golf and Beach Resort on Denarau Island. The restaurant offers guests a barefoot luxury dining experience where waves lap the sandy shore and features a multi-level open vertical grill, custom made for the resort.
