United Airlines has announced the most significant South Pacific network expansion ever, adding direct flights to Christchurch, New Zealand, and other destinations in Australia and New Zealand. The expansion will take effect in the upcoming northern winter and includes new routes from L.A. to Brisbane and Auckland, more flights from San Francisco to Brisbane and Sydney, and additional flights to other destinations.
