Emirates-A380Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, has announced the reintroduction of services from Melbourne to Singapore and Sydney to Christchurch, expanding the airline’s travel destinations for Australians. With the newly restored third Dubai-Melbourne flight, customers will have access to Emirates’ signature product and service experience.

The EK404/405 service will provide Australians connecting to Singapore with a better experience, offering a new connection to the popular financial and tourism hub, as well as an option to fly onwards to Dubai. The third daily flight will operate on a Boeing 777-300ER.

Meanwhile, the existing EK412/413 service between Dubai and Sydney will now expand to offer Australians onward travel to Christchurch and the only A380 Trans-Tasman experience between Australia and New Zealand. Passengers on Emirates’ A380s flying from Sydney to Christchurch can look forward to luxury in the comfort of their private suites, including the industry’s only onboard Shower Spa, regionally inspired gourmet cuisine, and over 5,000 channels of entertainment.

Barry Brown, Divisional Vice President Australasia at Emirates, expressed the airline’s pride in offering Australians better travel options, stating that the Melbourne-Singapore-Dubai service will provide travellers with a strong connection opportunity between two global travel hubs, providing access to substantial leisure and business activities, plus fantastic onwards links to and through Dubai.

Emirates’ Premium Economy, available on the A380, is in a class of its own, offering passengers an experience unmatched in the industry, and the opportunity to trade up from Economy at excellent value. The cabin is accented with cream-coloured leather and a wood panel finish reminiscent of Business Class, with each seat designed to provide optimal comfort and support.

Bookings can be made on emirates.com, the Emirates App, through your professional travel agent.

In conclusion, Emirates’ expansion of its Australian capacity with new destinations demonstrates the airline’s commitment to providing Australians with better travel options, linking two global travel hubs and offering superior product and service experiences.
