New Culinary Waves:

Park Hyatt St. Kitts is renowned for its exceptional dining experience, home to the award-winning Stone Barn, voted as the Caribbean’s Best Fine Dining Hotel Restaurant by the World Culinary Awards. This season, the resort is offering five new menu journeys that feature Kittian, Asian, and wellness-inspired dishes. Guests can indulge in Chef Lucas’ Signature Menu, a culinary journey inspired by his residency in Spain, Indonesia, Italy, the United Kingdom, Colombia, and St. Kitts, taking them through 20 years of hotel and culinary experience. Additionally, the Sugar Mill, located in the Sugar Mill Spa & Sanctuary, is the newest addition to the resort’s Destination Dining program, providing guests with an opportunity to dine under the stars while enjoying artistic culinary craftsmanship.

New Innovative Wellness:

The Sugar Mill Spa & Sanctuary at Park Hyatt St. Kitts has added a new menu of treatments and activities that continue to harness the healing properties of natural ingredients. The Sugar Mill Four Hands massage is a new and innovative hot oil massage that fully immerses the mind, body, and soul into a deep state of relaxation with a unique and indulgent synchronized four hands. The Superfood Facial is a new treatment that incorporates acai, noni, and spirulina, all superfood quality ingredients for the most potent results. For a more meditative session, guests can enjoy the new Sound Healing experience, which brings vibrational balance to the mind, body, and soul. Furthermore, the spa now features a herb garden with lemongrass and holy basil, providing antioxidant properties and the signature welcoming scent at the spa.

New Beach Updates:

Guests can now take advantage of fun new additions to the resort, such as Fane’s Beach Bar, offering refreshing gelato, sorbet, or smoothie infused with locally sourced, fresh ingredients and flavours native to the culture of St. Kitts and Nevis. After a bite, guests can embark on a new explorative Jet-Ski Tour that takes them along the island’s southern coast to the capital Basseterre, where they can view the destination from a unique vantage point.

New Cultural Artwork:

To honour the resort’s fifth anniversary celebrated in 2022, the leadership has included more cultural representation throughout the property. The Living Room features a 20×10’ mural painted by local fine artist Rosey Cameron-Smith, depicting the Christmas Sports of the Caribbean, including masqueraders, clowns, moko jumbies, and bulls.
