This March, Wolfgang Puck will be bringing his award-winning flagship restaurant, Spago, to London for an exclusive four day pop-up at 45 Park Lane. The Beverly Hills favourite will take-over CUT at 45 Park Lane to serve the Spago menu for both lunch and dinner service from Thursday, March 30, 2023.
For the special collaboration, executive chef of Spago, Tetsu Yahagi, and executive chef of 45 Park Lane, Elliott Grover, will collaborate to bring the internationally renowned Californian cuisine to Mayfair, with menu highlights including; Wolfgang’s childhood favourite chicken bouillon; braised Austrian beef goulash; and whole roasted Chinese duck with steamed bao buns and fruit compote. Guests will also be treated to a selection of celebrated signature dishes including smoked salmon pizza, stir-fried black pepper lobster and bincho-grilled tandoori quail.
Wolfgang Puck opened Spago, his first restaurant, over 40 years ago and has since become one of the world’s most successful restaurant entrepreneurs and television personalities. CUT at 45 Park Lane was Wolfgang’s first restaurant in Europe which opened in 2011 and has become a staple on the London dining scene.

CUT at 45 Park Lane’s executive chef Elliott Grover adds: “It is such an honour to be working alongside Tetsu Yahagi and Wolfgang Puck on this exciting take-over. I think the dishes we have chosen are really special in that they not only give guests the chance to experience Spago in the UK but they are still aligned with the culinary direction I have taken CUT in the past few months.”
From its opening day in 1982, Spago became an overnight success earning many accolades and continues to be a firm favourite with Beverly Hills locals and international visitors alike. Originally located in West Hollywood, the restaurant relocated to Canon Drive in Beverly Hills in 1997 where Wolfgang continued to build his reputation not only on the dining scene in Los Angeles but throughout the world.
In September 2011, Wolfgang Puck made his restaurant debut in Europe when he opened modern American steak restaurant, CUT at 45 Park Lane. Since joining the team in April 2022, executive chef Elliott Grover has since led his team to offer outstanding dishes, a superb wine list and impeccable service.
