Royal Caribbean International’s Icon of the Seas sets sail in the virtual world of Fortnite, offering families and friends an opportunity to experience a sneak peek of the world’s best family holiday destination before its debut in January 2024. The new addition to the metaverse, “Royal Caribbean: Hide ’N’ Sea”, is built using Fortnite Creative and offers a one-of-a-kind adventure on Icon of the Seas.

Gamers can explore the revolutionary neighbourhoods of Thrill Island and The Hideaway while enjoying the largest waterpark at sea, Category 6, and experiencing Crown’s Edge, a thrilling skywalk and ropes course towering 154 feet above the ocean. Players can also enjoy a parade through the Lost Dunes mini-golf course and soak in the vibes and views of The Hideaway Pool, the world’s first suspended infinity pool at sea, all while sailing the Caribbean.

Thrill Island

The game invites players to hide, seek, and collect coins in a seven-minute round. As a hider, collecting all 25 coins instantly wins the game, while seekers aim to find all the hidden props before the timer runs out. Players can access the game by entering the island code or through in-game portals found in other Fortnite games.
