First rum distilled in Ipswich for 137 years
Last month Imbibis Craft Distillery released the first rum distilled in Ipswich for 137 years. Already known for its award-winning gin Imbibis also distils brandy and now rum. Only 250 bottles were released with 99 bottles being saved for sale at Galvanized Festival in September.

Two hats for Homage
Homage Restaurant, at Spicers Hidden Vale, has picked up two hats at the Australian Good Food Guide (AGFG) chef hat awards.
The restaurant was applauded for its garden to plate dining and consistent service.
