The partnership between Ultimate Safaris and Todos Santos Eco Adventures is aimed at providing a unique and unforgettable experience for their team members while preserving and protecting their delicate environments.

Johann, who has 18 years of experience as a guide in Botswana, the eastern Cape, and Namibia, was selected through a rigorous appraisal process to undertake this life-changing journey. In Mexico, he will have the chance to explore a new world, with its unique ecosystem and some of the world’s most spectacular marine life. Whales, dolphins, whale sharks, sea turtles, manta rays, and a variety of beautiful tropical fish call the waters of Baja California home, while a wide array of bird species can be found on its shores and skies.
The guide swap initiative is a great opportunity for both guides to share their knowledge, insights, and experiences. Manuel Rodriguez, a lead guide from Todos Santos Eco Adventures, was the first to participate in the guide swap, travelling to Zimbabwe with Imvelo Safari Lodges.
