An exquisite evening planned exclusively for 14 February, Aria Bar & Lounge, welcomes guests with a Valentine’s Day four-course wine pairing dinner for two, prepared and designed especially by the hotel’s Executive Chef – Thomas Rappl. Sweet Valentine’s Day Dinner at Melba
Our renowned international buffet at Melba will also be offering a romantic evening for all our guests on Valentine’s Day. Enjoy our Sweet Valentine’s Day dinner a cozy setting at our first seating from 5pm – 7:30pm is definitely a good choice for families, priced at AUD$179 per person inclusive of one glass of rosé and one pink rose for the couple. For a more romantic setting for couples, our recommendation is our second seating from 8:30pm – 11pm, valued at AUD$259 per person (50% deposit required) with a free flow of rosé champagne, a special violinist performance by Ms. Tahnaya Wynne from 8:45pm-9:45pm and a special Valentine’s Day take-home gift.
