Celebrity Chef, Luke Mangan, was spotted welcoming guests to Luke’s Bar & Grill this week on P&O’s Pacific Adventure.

He sailed on the 3-night return voyage to Sydney to officially launch the restaurant’s new menu and says that P&O guests will find everything they loved about Salt Grill and more at Luke’s Bar & Grill.

“Signature dishes like our Crab Omlette are still a highlight and we’ve added a host of new menu items that make the most of our incredible local, seasonal produce. We’ve also added a few little modern twists to our classic Liquorice and Lime Parfait like finishing it off with some delicious meringue,” says Mangan.

Luke also commented on Adventure’s recent refurbishment, saying that he loves how his restaurants have been evolving with the ships over the years, “The dining space is upmarket, it’s quite slick, and I think guests will really enjoy the atmosphere here which is different to anywhere else on the ship.”
