Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited (Nasdaq: MLCO) (“Melco” or the “Company”), a developer, owner and operator of integrated resort facilities in Asia and Europe, today announces that the Macau government has awarded a ten-year concession to operate games of fortune and chance in casinos in Macau (“Concession”) to Melco Resorts (Macau) Limited, a subsidiary of the Company. The term of the Concession commences on January 1, 2023 and ends on December 31, 2032.
