Next month, Oakwood Premiere Melbourne, the 40 storey 5* hotel and residences in the heart of Melbourne’s Southbank, will celebrate its first birthday after opening its doors in December 2022. After four years of design and development Oakwood has played host to 78,144 guests over the past year, with bookings increasing month on month; this Christmas is set to see an increased occupancy of more than 50% from last year.
To say thank you to all those who have shown their support and stayed with Oakwood over the past year, the team are offering a number of generous promotions to guests throughout the month of January, to ensure 2023 starts with a bang. Bookings for the promotion will launch on December 21st and apply to all stays at the hotel between 1st – 31st January 2023.
For those who opt for a 2-night stay, an automatic 10% discount will be applied to Oakwood’s best available room rate; which includes a complimentary room upgrade on arrival and daily breakfast. No birthday would be complete without cake, and so each room will also be gifted with a birthday cake in celebration of Oakwood’s 1-year anniversary to ensure the sweetest start to each guests’ stay.
Those booking in for 3+ nights, the above complimentary breakfast, welcome treat and room upgrade will apply, however, Oakwood will offer an automatic 15% discount to their best available rate, as well as including a 20% discount at Oakwood’s sky-high restaurant, Strato. Situated on the 40th floor, the restaurant, bar and lounge will take guests to dizzying new heights with their degustation menu that champions local and seasonal produce and the best of modern-Australian cuisine.
