Two well-known Australian names, Bush Heritage Australia (BHA) and Wander, have joined together this holiday season to encourage Australians to reconnect with Country through a limited-time Bushgift and prize draw for a two-night stay in Wander’s new Snelling Beach, Kangaroo Island WanderPods (a $2,200 value!)

The unique, limited-time $30 Tammar Wallaby Bushgift will be available on the Bush Heritage Australia site from 24 November to 31 December. In addition to supporting BHA’s crucial conservation efforts, every purchase of this special bushgift will count as one entry in a draw for a lucky person and up to three of their friends to win a truly transformational travel experience in a two-bedroom WanderPod perched atop of the northern bluff of Kangaroo Island’s Tamar Ridge, courtesy of Wander.

The Grand Prize drawing will occur on 9 January with the winner being notified via email. For everybody who doesn’t win the grand prize, Wander will provide a complimentary $50 credit toward a stay at any Wander location in the coming year. (Unique discount code to be delivered following the announcement of the grand prize winner.) The competition is open to all Australians over the age of 18, excluding those based in NT and some black-out dates do apply. See full Ts & Cs here.

Wander is Australia’s first and only transformational travel brand and provides a national network of design-led, eco-accommodation that invites Australians to land on Country, find space for personal transformation, and contribute to regional economic renewal. Wander’s four new Kangaroo Island WanderPods are perched atop the Tamar Ridge overlooking Snelling Beach on the northern coast of Kangaroo Island and have been named after constellations only seen in the southern skies: Columba, Carina, Pyxis, and Vela.

Bush Heritage is a unified force for nature, grounded in science and culture to nurture all land for life. The organisation works across more than 11.3 million hectares and 42 reserves, protecting and building resilience in our landscapes for the almost 2,000 animals and plants on Australia’s threatened species list. Bush Heritage respects, listens, and learns from working side-by-side with Traditional Owners, and by working in partnerships with pastoralists and other organisations to have the most impact.
