A luxury destination in the Perth sky, The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge will meet the needs of the next generation of business and leisure guests who seek inspiration and balance in their lives as they work and travel.
Bespoke moments designed to create a deeper connection will redefine traditional perceptions of luxury that enrich, elevate and transform their stay. The Ritz-Carlton Club is an immersive experience with the hotel’s Ladies and Gentlemen on hand to create tailored itineraries that connect guests with the destination and local experiences that match their unique interests.
Guests can look forward to unique club experiences to elevate their stay including a 30-45 minute WA Wine Discovery Tour led by the hotel’s sommelier, or a Blue Boat Shed Discovery Tour where they’ll enjoy a discovery pack with all the essentials to explore the city in a cooler bag (complete with maps, sunscreen water and light bites) and the option to hire a bike as they explore the surrounds.
Those with a penchant for the art world will enjoy a Sunset Drawing Experience from the Club Lounge with easels and pastels available for Club guests to use at leisure. Even Ritz Kids will have the opportunity to get creative with a cookie decorating class.
A key focus of the Club Lounge has always been the inimitable dining experience with curated menus that evoke narratives of the destination and highlight the best of local culinary arts.
“The Club Lounge offers our valued guests five daily signature food experiences that showcase the best culinary offerings from across the hotel’s restaurants and bars to heighten the sense of exceptional luxury,” Alberto Cuzzit, Executive Chef said.
“From breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, hors d’oeuvres, the ever-changing menu serves up a taste of Western Australia’s diverse native flavours based on the best locally sourced and seasonal produce.”
Guests can start each morning with a delicious, fresh breakfast with live cooking stations and morning delights like spicy mango chicken and stuffed portobello mushrooms hailing from locally sourced produce to experience the region through its standout flavours. A tea station from local Seven Seas Tea will accompany, offering a modern take on the Australian Billy Tea.
At mid-day, guests can indulge in a selection of Chef-curated local Western Australian ingredients – masterfully crafted by the hotel’s talented culinary team into delicacies with backstories as rich as their flavour profiles – from slow roaster lamb shoulder to nasi goreng with prawn rendang. A lunch spritz station will feature a rotating selection of three bespoke WA-inspired Club Spritzers including Australian Botanic, Plum and Elderflower, Peach, Blackberry and Orange Blossom.
Inspired by the Hearth’s popular signature Afternoon Tea, teatime is elevated to an elegant journey of the senses, through artful presentation and delectable tastes throughout the tantalising selection of sweet and savoury items. They will enjoy delicacies from lamington flowers with raspberry compote to carambar caramels.
As the sun goes down, classic canapés and creative Chef specialties like charred Fremantle octopus and Margaret River Wagyu are paired with a selection of local wines and spirits curated by the hotel’s Sommelier. Also on rotation will be a selection bespoke WA inspired Gin & Tonics, infused with the likes of Purple Rain, Rosella and Davidson Plum , Kaffir lime and Lemon Myrtle.
For a cordial goodnight, the Club Lounge serves a Western Australian whisky paired with a candied bite or chocolate to send guests off to slumber sweetly.
