I have just returned from a fantastic 7-night Pacific cruise from Sydney. It was the music Supercruise which was both Rock and Country genres. To describe it as fabulous doesn’t do it justice. As you can imagine, there is continuous music by celebrities and support artists all day and night in the different venues throughout the ship. Headliners this year were: Suzi Quatro, The Angels, Russell Morris, and Adam Thompson, to name a few. For Country Music: Lee Kernaghan, John Williamson, Troy Cassar-Daly, Gina Jeffreys, Adam Harvey, Amber Lawrence and more. The quality, as well as the quantity of the performers, was outstanding. I am including some snapshots of the atmosphere and thrilled TIC members, plus one of me with Adam Harvey, to prove I was there!
We were on Ovation of the Seas, and despite its size, many venues and options dispersed the crowd. Feedback from passengers was “it exceeded expectations”, “a total surprise, great fun and fantastic music”, and “a wonderful cruise”. TIC had a fun group on board, and the best news to share with you is if you missed out this year, the music cruises would be back next year. They will be divided into three different genres. All three cruises will be on the Brilliance of the Seas for seven nights departing from and returning to Sydney, catering for about 2500 other like-minded people.
