Australian International Airshow
“Airshow favourites, including the incredible Wall of Fire display, are back along with some incredible new aerial attractions. We’re changing Airshow into an interactive experience for kids and families, a night out for the younger crowd, and a real treat for aviation enthusiasts – and this is just the beginning,” Mr Giddings said.
As with any aviation-related event, safety is our number one priority.
Tickets will be available for public purchase from Thursday 13 October. We’re creating a whole new entertainment offering too: stay tuned for details on how we’ll be kicking off the weekend,” he said. Since 1992, AIRSHOW has welcomed patrons to Avalon for a three-day, an action-packed public spectacle with breathtaking flying displays and an amazing array of static aircraft to view up close.
The Civil Aviation Safety Authority has asked for some changes to the layout of the site. This event will include improved shelter and dedicated viewing areas,” said Giddings.
For the first time in Airshow history, children 15 years and under are FREE, all car parking will be FREE.
