AFTA has today confirmed Nina Hedges as the successful applicant for the Compliance Manager role. Ms Hedges joins AFTA after 5 years as Customer Liaison and Risk Manager at Flight Centre Travel Group, and brings extensive experience in building relationships at every stage of the travel ecosystem, Australian Consumer Law, dispute resolution, and both travel agency management and mentoring from her previous roles.
She brings a proven track record in travel business with a career spanning 17 years.
Ms Hedges will join AFTA today, 4 October.
AFTA’s Head of Compliance and Operations Naomi Menon is leaving on October 16 2022 for an exciting new position outside of the Travel Sector. Naomi first joined AFTA in April 2016 as National Manager – Compliance and Membership.
