Royal Caribbean in Australia, this year, Royal Caribbean will welcome two Quantum Class ships to Australia – the boldest and most innovative ships to come to Australian shores. Ovation of the Seas will make its stunning return to Australia, sailing from Sydney on October 29th. In Brisbane, Royal Caribbean will make its debut with the arrival of Quantum of the Seas sailing from November 1st offering a new gateway to the South Pacific from Queensland.
Ovation and Quantum will offer a raft of 2-12 nights sailings across Australia, New Zealand and islands of the South Pacific, as well as many first-at-sea experiences on board.

North Star Bar – After guests have taken a ride on the North Star, featuring brilliant 360º views from 100 metres above sea level, they can celebrate their unforgettable ascent with something to drink. The menu offers something for every wine lover, but it’s the cocktails that really steal the spotlight.
Sunshine Bar – At Sunshine Bar within the Solarium, guests can select treats from a tempting menu of fresh juices and antioxidant-rich smoothies. Or slip into an island state of mind with one of Sunshine Bar’s creative cocktails.
Pool Bar – Guests don’t have to stray too far from their comfy poolside lounger to enjoy a cool and creamy piña colada, a tropical Mai Tai, a glass of bubbly or their favourite ice cold brew.
Boleros – For guests who are stopping by for an after-dinner drink or joining the salsa-stepping party, night-time sizzles at Boleros. This Latin-themed club serves up Cuban mojitos, Brazilian caipirinhas and guests’ favourite classic cocktails to the sound of a six-piece band playing salsa, cumbia, merengue and samba.
Vintages – Whether it’s Malbec, Merlot, Riesling or Pinot Grigio, guests are sure to find all their beloved reds or whites at Vintages wine bar. From France to California, the wide world of wine is well represented through extensive partnerships with top winemakers, including some exclusive bottles that won’t be found anywhere else.
Bionic Bar – Both bionic bar arm movements are patterned after Marco Pelle from the New York theatre ballet. The robot arms can produce two drinks per minute for a total of 1000 drinks per day. It took 41,6000 man-hours to make and test the robotic bartenders.
Two70 Bar – In the evening, live entertainment pairs with amazing multimedia visuals across a floor-to-ceiling wall of windows. When evening turns to night, Two70® transforms into a nightclub that keeps the party going strong.
Schooner Bar – Guests can wrap up their night at Schooner Bar, where perfectly mixed cocktails and live entertainment come together in a warmly lit nautical-themed lounge.
Wine Tastings – Join Royal Caribbean for a deep dive into vintages and varieties during an exciting wine tasting class featuring some of the most famous vineyards in the world. Some of the wines offered are so exclusive, that they are only found on board Royal Caribbean ships.
