SKYE Suites Sydney has taken out the title of ‘Apartment/Suite Hotel of Year’ at the Tourism Accommodation Australia NSW Awards for 2022.
SKYE Suites scored a trifecta this year with three (3) of their Sydney properties being nominated as finalists in the category, SKYE Suites Sydney, SKYE Suites Green Square and SKYE Suites Parramatta were all nominated, but it was SKYE Suites Sydney that took the award.

The Tourism Accommodation Australia NSW Awards for Excellence are recognised as the most prestigious hospitality and tourism awards, honouring the achievement of excellence in a wide range of categories in the accommodation industry inclusive of community contribution, accommodation, restaurants, bars and people.
The concept for SKYE Suites is to create resort style properties in urban locations. The apartment-style suites feature minimalist designer interiors and spacious open plan layouts with all the comforts of home alongside some premium added extras. A key feature is the open-air balconies or courtyards, unseen in most Sydney hotels and a key asset for the hotel.
The hotel features predominantly across Sydney’s streetscape and skyline with its dramatic brick, steel and glass arches, designed by multi award winning Architect Koichi Takada.
Offering the luxury of studio, executive studio, one and two bedroom suites ranging from 47 sqm to 68 sqm with option of one or two bathrooms, they offer close to twice the size of standard hotel rooms. Rooms feature Sleeping Duck beds with plush bespoke bedding, fully-equipped kitchens, internal laundries and bathrooms stocked with exclusive Smith & Co toiletries.
To stay connected, each suite has unlimited StayCast streaming from mobile, tablet or laptop to huge flat screen TV’s and in room technology as well as complimentary high speed Wi-Fi.
SKYE Suites Sydney is home to one of Sydney’s most stunning and instagrammed swimming pools. Described as an íce cave, the indoor pool allows those looking to exercise or take a leisurely dip access all year round. The hotel also features a spa and state of the art gym.
