Amalfi Coast walkMake up for lost time and save by booking two walks in the one European holiday Plus Save by booking walks in 2023 at 2022 prices Book by September 30, 2022. Europe walk operator, On Foot Holidays, is offering Australians and Kiwis the chance to make the most of the long flight to Europe by offering a 10 per cent saving for two self-guided, pack-free walks booked in one European holiday. Plus, slow-travel nature lovers can save more on each inn-to-inn hike by booking their 2023 walks at current 2022 prices if they book by September 30, 2022.

Our Australian and Kiwi customers have the furthest to travel to Europe and typically make the most of their European holiday by visiting more destinations and for longer, said On Foot Holidays Director Simon Scutt, based in the UK. And at the moment, they’re also keen on making up for two years of not travelling abroad. So with all that in mind, Simon said we are offering independent travellers from Australia and New Zealand the chance to save by booking two of our self-guided walks as part of one trip.

This allows them to really immerse themselves in a destination so that they truly feel a place slowly, authentically and sustainably from the ground on their own two feet, instead of just glancing at sweeping scenery from a coach or train. Australians and New Zealanders will save 10 per cent on the cheaper hike when two walks are booked at the same time for the same group in the one Europe holiday. Hikers can pair walks from the 34 baggage-free, self-guided walks On Foot Holidays offers in 11 countries across Europe. On each walk, hikers select their own start dates from those available and stay at a different BB inn each night, with their luggage transferred ahead each day, so all they need to carry is a day pack.

One ideal pairing could be a six-night trek along Italy’s spectacular Amalfi Coast and a seven-night journey through beautiful Tuscany later in the holiday, combining two of Italy’s finest and most renowned landscapes. On Foot Holidays, the Amalfi Coast route takes walkers along quiet, medieval pathways high above the sea, through quaint fishing towns such as Praiano, Positano and Sant Agata and past secluded beaches on the San Costanzo Peninsula, finishing at Sorrento. Including six nights’ accommodation, all breakfasts, daily luggage transfers and track notes, the walk costs from £990 per person twin-share to approximately A$1748 depending on exchange rates.
