From the Emerald Isle to the Emerald City! Aer Lingus is happy to announce the return of its direct transatlantic service to Seattle, Washington for the first time since March 2020. Beginning today, 7th July, jetsetters can travel seamlessly to Seattle with five flights weekly from Dublin Airport.

Seattle is the latest transatlantic route from Aer Lingus to resume, following daily flights to LA and San Francisco recommencing earlier this year. Aer Lingus is the only carrier offering daily direct flights between Ireland and West Coast USA, Aer Lingus customers are more connected than ever to the sun, surf and sand of the West Coast. In March this year Aer Lingus also restarted its transatlantic services from Shannon, flying direct from there to New York and Boston.

Home to Starbucks, Microsoft, Boeing and Amazon, Seattle boasts a vibrant technology sector with strong business links to Ireland. Beyond business, Seattle is home to must-see sights like the Space Needle and Pike Place Market and has an impressive musical history synonymous with the likes of Nirvana and Pearl Jam.

Aer Lingus operates 14 direct routes between Ireland and North America, including flights to popular destinations such as New York, Chicago, Washington D.C., Boston, Orlando, Philadelphia, Toronto, Miami and now Seattle.
