This winter, a’Mare is inviting diners to indulge in an evening of truffles at an exclusive event on Thursday 7 July. This experience will showcase the delicacy of the elusive truffle through four incredible courses, curated by Chef Alessandro Pavoni, who will also be meeting guests on the night. Diners will also get the chance to meet a’Mare’s revered truffle suppliers.

Sushi-master Ryuichi Yoshii, known as “Yoshii” hosts an exclusive Omakase restaurant experience at Nobu, Crown Sydney, for up to ten guests.

Silks
Silks at Crown Sydney brings the art of Cantonese cuisine, with a southern Chinese influence. This truffle season, Silks are offering two must-try curated dishes:
• 龍皇鮮奶炒蛋白黑松露 Southern Rock Lobster, Winter Black Truffle, Egg White
• 黑松露金瓜和牛粒 Australia MBs+9 wagyu beef (160gm) black truffle with pumpkin and wild Mushroom Fresh truffles will also be offered per gram as an addition to pre-existing menu offerings.
