the stunning Conservatory Bar nestled under a spectacular glass atrium. The Conservatory Bar boasts a central location in the heart of Sydney’s CBD for a leisurely afternoon tipple with a striking Hyde Park garden view or an extended time to catch up with friends.
On Saturday May 14th, the Internationally acclaimed Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park will showcase an exceptional range of Sydney and NSW spirits, non-alcoholic beverages and botanical concoctions. Go-Local ticket holders will move at their own pace through immersive ultra-premium pop-up gin stations meeting experts from the likes of Archie Rose, Poor Toms, Fever Tree and Hickson Road Distillery to taste, soak up mini-masterclasses and learn tasty gin hacks. The experience will highlight a local love of native botanicals, aromats and garnishes.
Tickets include gin and cocktail tasting from 6+ local distilleries (15+ products to try!), 5 x mini-G&T tokins, custom glassware, 5-star snacks and more. You’ll also get to take home extra goodies including a tote bag and Australia’s favourite premium mixer, Fever-Tree. Expect copious amounts of gin alongside snacks, alcohol-free spirits and live brass and DJs.
