Evolution Travel Collective (ETC) has welcomed the well-known Acacia Africa brand into the ETC portfolio.
ETC provides tailored B2B services delivering cost-effective representation for travel brands. The Acacia Africa brand is well known among Australian travel agents, who have been booking tours throughout Southern and Eastern Africa with it for the past 27 years.
Acacia Africa offers a wide and diverse range of products, from adventure tours to small-group safaris – as well as trips for more independent travel, all targeted at the mid-range accommodation level. With more than 130 itineraries in eight different trip styles, there’s something to suit the needs of almost every traveller.
Acacia Africa director, Vivian McCarthy said: “We are incredibly excited to be working with ETC for our relaunch into the Australian market as the international travel industry rebuilds. We have had a long and wonderful relationship with agents in Australia for many, many years and look forward to continuing that in the years to come.”
Pete Rawley, chief executive and founder of ETC, is equally excited to be working with Acacia Africa. “There is a significant opportunity in the market for the product offering that Acacia Africa provide, with unique options for that mid-range market and local expertise which can only come from those 27 years they have been operating,” Rawley commented.
“My personal passion for the African continent certainly helps fuel my excitement of building this partnership and representing them within this region.”
In accordance with the ETC model, all reservations inquiries will be directed back to an expert within the Acacia Africa reservation team, with the ETC team to provide the on-ground training and support to travel agents across Australia. Any agent wanting a product update on Acacia Africa should email info@evolutiontc.com.au while reservations enquiries should be directed to the Acacia Africa team: info@acacia-africa.com
